Aerial Yoga Safety & Waiver

By participating in today’s session, you acknowledge, represent, and warrant that you meet all of the following safety and attire requirements:

Appropriate Attire: You are wearing long sleeves that fully cover your arms and armpits. Your clothing is completely free of zippers, buttons, metal snaps, or any other rigid hardware.
Jewelry & Accessories: You have removed all jewelry, including but not limited to rings, watches, bracelets, and body piercings.
Nail Care: Your nails are trimmed short, and you are not wearing acrylics, extensions, or 3D nail art that could snag or damage the equipment or fabric.
Medical Fitness: You confirm that you have no pre-existing medical conditions (including, without limitation, uncontrolled high blood pressure, glaucoma, or recent surgical procedures) that would make inversions or physically demanding exercise unsafe for you.

Equipment Liability & Damage: You acknowledge that aerial hammocks and associated rigging are high-performance equipment requiring proper care. You agree to assume full financial responsibility for the repair or replacement costs of any hammock or studio equipment damaged as a result of your non-compliance with the studio’s attire, jewelry, or nail requirements.
Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability: You acknowledge and understand that aerial yoga and related physical activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falling, physical injury, or equipment failure. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge EKAM SOUL, its owners, and its instructors from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death arising out of or related to your participation, including those arising from the studio's ordinary negligence.
