ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK
I understand that participation in yoga classes, meditation, sound healing, massage, swimming, walking tours, coffee farm activities, transportation, and all retreat-related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, falls, injuries, allergic reactions, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.

I certify that I am physically able to participate in these activities and will immediately inform the facilitators if I experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, or any medical concern.

I understand that I may decline or stop participating in any activity at any time.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I voluntarily participate in the RETURN TO SELF Wellness Retreat organized by EKAM SOUL.

I release and hold harmless EKAM SOUL, its owners, yoga teachers, facilitators, staff, volunteers, venue partners, massage therapists, and affiliated service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from my participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I understand that EKAM SOUL is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of my personal belongings during the retreat.

MEDICAL CONSENT
In the event of an emergency, I authorize EKAM SOUL to contact my emergency contact and seek appropriate medical assistance on my behalf if I am unable to provide consent.

I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses that may arise.
