Welcome to EKAM SOUL.

By accessing our website, booking a class, workshop, retreat, or purchasing any product or service from EKAM SOUL, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About EKAM SOUL

EKAM SOUL is a wellness studio offering yoga classes, aerial yoga, workshops, retreats, sound healing, wellness products, and related services.

2. Eligibility

Participants must:

  • Be at least 18 years old; or

  • Have consent from a parent or legal guardian if under 18.

  • Complete any required waiver or health declaration before participating.

3. Health & Medical Responsibility

By joining any EKAM SOUL activity, you acknowledge that:

  • You are participating voluntarily.

  • You understand yoga and wellness activities involve physical movement and carry inherent risks.

  • You are responsible for consulting your physician before participating if you have medical conditions, injuries, or are pregnant.

  • You agree to immediately inform your instructor of any pain, discomfort, dizziness, or injury.

EKAM SOUL instructors may refuse participation if they believe it may pose a health or safety risk.

4. Bookings

Bookings are confirmed only after:

  • Submission of the booking form (if applicable)

  • Full or required partial payment

  • Confirmation from EKAM SOUL

Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Payments

We accept payment methods specified during booking.

Prices may change without prior notice but confirmed bookings will retain the agreed price.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Studio Classes

  • Cancellations made at least 6 hours before class may be rescheduled.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the class credit.

7. Studio Etiquette

Participants agree to:

  • Arrive at least 10–15 minutes before class.

  • Respect instructors and fellow students.

  • Maintain a quiet environment.

  • Turn mobile phones to silent mode.

  • Wear appropriate attire.

  • Follow all instructor safety instructions.

  • Respect studio equipment and property.

8. Aerial Yoga Safety

Participants must follow all instructor instructions.

Do not attempt advanced poses without guidance.

EKAM SOUL reserves the right to stop participation when safety concerns arise.

9. Personal Belongings

Please keep your valuables secure.

EKAM SOUL is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

10. Photography & Media

EKAM SOUL may occasionally photograph or record classes, workshops, or events for promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please inform our staff before the session.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the EKAM SOUL website, including:

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Photos

  • Videos

  • Graphics

  • Class materials

  • Text

remain the property of EKAM SOUL and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

12. Wellness Products

Products sold by EKAM SOUL are intended for general wellness purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Always read product labels and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EKAM SOUL shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury arising from failure to follow instructor guidance

  • Loss or damage of personal belongings

  • Indirect or consequential damages related to participation in our services

Participation is at your own risk.

14. Changes to Services

EKAM SOUL may:

  • Modify schedules

  • Change instructors

  • Cancel classes due to insufficient attendance or unforeseen circumstances

  • Adjust pricing

  • Update these Terms

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
